At Level Up Fitness, we understand through science and practical knowledge that there are no absolutes in terms of what’s effective within the strength and conditioning field. Based on our athlete’s evaluation, training age, and ability we develop strength and power programs that first and foremost focus on freedom of movement.


Every sport requires different movement patterns, and by eliminating deficiencies and potential imbalances it helps give athletes the platform they need to access new levels of strength and power that they wouldn’t have been capable of doing before.

INTRO TO ATHLETE TRAINING

GROUP SESSIONS

$150

Per 8-week session

  • 6-8 athletes per group.
  • Pre & post-testing (vertical jump, broad jump, etc.).
  • Learn the basics of our athlete strength building program in a structured and fun atmosphere.


Ages 9-13. Meet one to two times per week at 5:30pm.

ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAM

GROUP SESSIONS

$225

Per month

3-MONTH COMMITMENT

  • Athletes work in groups of 8 or less, up to 3x/wk
  • Athletes receive programming tailored to their goals, sport, and individual needs, while enjoying the competitive aspect of training with their peers.
  • Athletes can join this program at anytime with any level of training.
  • Coaches will work in a ratio of no more than 4-to-1 (athletes to coach).
  • Athletes have the option to go month-to-month after 3 month commitment.
