If one-on-one fitness coaching isn't for you, our coaches are happy to provide you with workout programs using the True Coach app. Some features include:

  • Two to four assigned workouts per week based on your wants and abilities.
  • Monthly check-in's with a coach.
  • Keep track of your own personal metrics.


Some of the fitness programs we can provide are:

  • Aging Athlete: Are you still active? Playing sports leagues and want to maintain a competitive edge while decreasing your chances of injury.
  • Move Better to Live Better: Getting Started in Strength and Conditioning. A beginners program for understanding how to train.
  • Get Strong: Strength is the greatest equalizer. It would be shame to go through life, and not know your absolute potential on how strong you can be.
  • Body Recomposition: Dropping body fat has a lot to do with how you train and what you eat, let this be the blueprint to how you train.
  • Minimalist: Limited with equipment in home workouts, traveling and hotel gym equipment.
